Majestic Estates is a subdivision located South West of San Marcos. Construction of homes in Majestic Estates began in 2007 with many home sites still available. Home sizes start in the upper 1200′s to the mid 1900′s. A few upgrades that are available are vaulted ceilings, jetted tubs and tiled counter tops.
